Our team is currently seeking to hire two Account Managers. Our freemium model is generating hundreds of warm leads per week! Thousands of delighted teachers are sharing PenPal Schools with their administrators to discuss a school-wide license with our team. These enthusiastic endorsements have dramatically shortened our sales cycle from months to weeks. In this role you will convert these warm leads into paying customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting introductory calls/demos with school and district administrators (dozens of appointments per week are set up for you through our automated scheduling system!)
  • Following up with administrators and teachers to ensure successful pilots
  • Facilitating purchases through invoicing and purchase orders
  • Working with our team to make our already super-efficient system even smoother as we quickly scale our global operations

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Nice to have: Experience in sales, education, or education technology
